Surface International offers Concrete Placer with or without Loader. Surface International offers shot blasting/shot peening machines for engineering. In the Concrete Placer with or without Loader, the compressed air supply is provided to the concrete placer through hose pipe. As soon as the compressed air supply is started, the concrete from placer begins transferring from placer to pipe line and finally it reaches the point of placement, normally metallic pipe line of diameter 4 inch or 6 inch are used. If required, pipe line can be fitted with bend 30 Degree, 45 Degree, and 60 Degree as per the site requirement. This Concrete Placer with or without Loader are available in two capacities: 8 cubic meters per hour and 16 cubic meters per hour output. The machine can be equipped with mechanized loader system to enhance productivity. The Concrete Placer with or without Loader is used for mass concreting inside tunnel, underground and other civil structures for placement of concrete at low height. The operation of this equipment is simple and can be operated by even unskilled person.
